Terms of lease

The minimum rental period is one month
The system is paid for by the lessee 1 month in advance at all times
The lessee is responsible for insuring the SmartAlarm during the term of the lease.
The lessee must provide a power point within the ceiling of the property if required to.
The lessee will provide 2 weeks notice prior to termination of lease
